Efficient reception at the airport and transfer at the hotel in Panama City.

The person (Erika)who accompanied us to Embera Puru was good but had never visited this indigenous community before and led us to the wrong place before realizing her mistake. We lost one hour and a bit of patience in the process.

Our bird guide, Samuel Britton, for birdwatching along the Pipeline Road and Burbayar Lodge was technically excellent and a true gentleman.

Our local experts in Sirince, Cappadoccia and Istanbul were wonderful. They were knowledgeable and very friendly.

We traveled with three kids to Panama and it felt like it was the first time I (the mother) was also on vacation where I did not need to be constantly booking and checking my phone for what to do and how to get a pick up….. Ana our local expert in Panama was a very nice and easy communication and the plans she set up was awesome and fitted our wants perfectly. We wanted an adventure and that’s what we got. We all agree in the family that this was our best trip ever. All the companies that we use the were very good and professional, and everything went according to the plan. I am super excited for my future travel with a Baboo ❤️

Two local experts sent me proposed itineraries. Both communicated promptly. However, neither provided wonderful ideas. One expert provided a plan to some areas of the country to which I didn’t ask or want to visit. The other provided high-end hotels, some in secluded areas, which would have made it difficult to access local services. In the end, I ended up researching all my own lodging and making my own reservations.

My private Bangkok tour guide was knowledgeable, communicative and experienced. However, the two group tours which were suggested and I took were run by very average companies that were more shuttle services than informational experiences. I found much better tour companies and tours on my own. It seems that my local Baboo travel expert wasn’t knowledgeable about the areas to which I traveled.

All of the shuttle services which picked me up at airports and hotels were excellent. They were on time, and usually early, for pick up, had clean and comfortable vehicles and were good drivers. And all of the communications with the drivers and transportation companies was excellent.
