We had a very good experience, Kate accompanied us on the trip at all times, from the days before starting the trip until the last day we boarded the plane back home. When there was a problem with the hotel reservation or with a tour, she solved it immediately. Highly Recommended!

I’ve been to Canada twice before but never to Newfoundland, nor do I know a single person in my circle who has travelled here. With a busy work and family schedule I chose to try an online travel service. I queried 3 and selected Baboo based on their quick response and attention to detail – I was asked questions on who is travelling and what we want. I liked that. The itinerary was prepared within a few days. When I booked my flights everything had to move ahead one day and my travel expert responded right away.

The planned itinerary was just what we wanted – nature, wildlife, a few attractions but not overly “planned” so that we had time to free style and plenty of suggestions on what to see and do with our free time.

The general travel plan made sense, and was very doable in the sense of how much time is spent on the road and what we got to see.

The accommodations chosen were all clean and very well located. Check-in was a breeze, just said my name and got my keys. Same for the 3 attractions we had booked – 2 boat cruises and 1 kayak tour.

Most importantly, our online concierge was responsive right away with each and every question and request I had along the way. I asked for a hotel change because I wanted to stay in another location and right away she cancelled our hotel booking and got us the one I wanted. Later, she herself suggested a change as a hotel booking became available for 2 nights instead of 1 and as that worked for us she got us the extra night and cancelled the unneeded reservation.

We also wanted tickets to a show that was sold out, and our online Baboo agent got us the tickets. I felt throughout the trip that I can focus on vacationing and I have this back office support to take care of all the technical details that come up.

This is my new way of travel going forward.
