From my first engagement with Baboo Travel it was nothing but professional. Marianne was our coordinator and did a fantastic job in laying out our itinerary based on my group’s wants and needs. We started our engagement via email through their web platform. Then had a telephone conversation about actual plans and activities. And I’m here to say that everything went without a hitch from our first day tour of the city of Rome through the coliseum and the forum on the second to our wrap up at the Vatican museums on the third day of our trip. One day built on the next and so on. The following is an excerpt from an email that I sent to Marianne after our second day. Hi Marianne, Just wanted to fill you in on our trip but especially our guide Martina. Martina is the epitome of professionalism. She is intelligent beyond her years. My wife and the two others in my group are in awe over her knowledge, wherewithal and ability to navigate her way through the city of Rome and the forum/coliseum. . It’s been two days now since we’ve been here in Italy but may I say that Martina has made it a very pleasurable experience. I understand that she.Is a contractor of Baboo and one.of the reasons that I wanted to express our sincere gratitude in Martina and her abilities.

The team we worked with was very knowledgeable and helped provide us with a great comprehensive itinerary. They were very response and eager to accomodate our specific requests for lodging, dining, and activities.

We would have appreciated more transparency with pricing. The ‘detailed breakdown’ we received did not provide any detail.

Easy way to take a trip .. pick the destination and have the travel experts put it all together for you .. everything was included .. the where , when .. very comprehensive.. all worked out well .. we are grateful!!!

Easy to work with and great itinerary provided! They worked with us to plan a family oriented trip and took into consideration age of children for everything. We had a great time!

To be honest the trip was good in the end but when researched it I didn’t realise that Baboo was a 3rd party and I would rather have booked my trip direct with the local tour agent, ‘Good Albania’. I found having to communicate with them via the Baboo portal was annoying (keep having to log in every time) and the messages weren’t always read straightaway so responses slow. Baboo were very good getting back to me but it wasn’t them booking the travel and I had questions.
