Baboo is committed to the highest standards of business and ethical behavior including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as company policies, practices and procedures. We respect internationally recognized Human Rights as established in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labor Organization’s Core Conventions.
Baboo agrees with to Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact and supports “know and show” as a way to demonstrate respect for these principles. Our support of internationally recognized Human Rights is consistent with our dedication to enriching our workplace, partnering with our supply chain, preserving the environment and supporting the communities where we operate.
The Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact are derived from: the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labor Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, and the United Nations Convention Against Corruption, and they can be resumed in 4 important areas.

Supporting and promoting labor rights, even if they have not been ratified by relevant conventions, is one of Baboo’s main purposes.

Principle 10 — Work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery
